ROSE YEAST

In the early hours of the morning, when the odor and aroma are most intense, before the sun rises, 4-5 roses are collected, sorted and washed, and then rose leaves are rubbed with a little more than 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and it is kept awhile until other procedures are carried out.
