ACID REGULATORS

CITRIC ACID MONO and ANHYDRATE - E330 :
It is an acid used as a flavoring and chelating agent. It is an acidity controller that can be used safely in a wide variety of products such as desserts with gelatin, jam, ice cream, fruit drinks, confectioneries, carbonated drinks. Crystal powder or granules, which is either colorless or consisting of white crystals.

CREAM of TARTER - E336 :
Potassium bitartrate, also known as potassium bitartrate, is a by-product of winemaking. It is known as tartar cream while cooking. It is processed from the potassium acid salt of tartaric acid. The resulting powdered acid can be used in cooking or as a cleaning solution.

SODIUM BICARBONATE - E500 :
It is acidity regulator. Another known sodium powder is bicarbonate, the baking powder of the cook.

MALIC ACID – E296 :
This acid base is naturally found in the structure of some fruits and vegetables. It is used as an acidifier in food. White crystal granular powder, which is used in non-alcoholic beverages, canned fruits and vegetables, juices, gum and desserts with gelatin, and also in the pharmaceutical, dye and metal industries.
